|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — We have been here since August. It’s a great place to live. It’s safe, the grounds are maintained, and it’s quiet. There are plenty of things for kids to do too.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live Very quiet and not a lot of traffic. — One of the best places I've lived. The apartments and grounds are well maintained. Office staff is very helpful and friendly. The apartment walls are well insulated, I very rarely hear the neighbors. Complaints are handled quickly. It's very quiet overall with only a few minor disturbances in the year that we have been here. I would recommend Lafayette Gardens to anyone looking for an apartment.
|Recommended: YesGreat place, but there’s always room for improvement… — I like living at Lafayette Gardens as a single woman I feel safe here. A few things that I dislike would just be since I live in the back, the maintenance staff take up some out our parking with the trailer golf cart parking is already bad back here. Also, the vacuum cleaner needs to be fixed. It’s been broken since I moved in 7 2020 . Friendly office staff maintenance guys are awesome.
|Recommended: YesRecommend for sure — I loved this place. It was so nice and I never felt unsafe on the grounds. The only thing is that you have to contact maintenance multiple times for them to come and inspect the problem you might have. Overall, loved living here.

|Recommended: YesLayout of property well layed out — If you have children, this is the place to live. They have a playground, pool, basketball court and plenty of grassy areas for kids to play. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They also have a workout center and a business center. There is a community room and theater room for you to rent out for all your events. Very quiet neighborhood and just down the street from the new business development with Costco and also River Ranch.

|Recommended: YesBeautiful, helpful staff, happy to call this place home — it is wonderful the people I have met in the complex are great. I like the lay out of my apartment. The LG staff is awesome They are quick to handle any problem that I had and were extremely kind. Mrs. Glenda I think knows everyone that lives in this place. She always greets me by name and with a big smile.
