|Recommended: YesOverall, I like living here. Great location and new/spacious. — The apartments are pricey, but very spacious. Even though it's expensive, you get what you pay for - gated for safety, pretty quiet (unless you have a neighbor that has a really loud party), friendly staff, and great amenities (tanning, pool, exercise equipment). The only minor things I don't like are that there are no cushions on the chairs by the pool (they get really hot and are not comfortable at all), and that you can't tan after 5:00 (I get off work at 5, so I haven't been able to use that amenity at all).

|Recommended: YesLafayette Gardens is a peaceful apartment.... — Lafayette Gardens is peaceful, safe, and fun. Never has an apartment complex strive to make our apartment its own fun filled community. Visiting the ladies at the front offices is like visiting family. They help you in every way with a smile on their faces. The pool is refreshing, never crowded, and a place to relax or meet new people. Pet friendly says it lightly here at Lafayette Gardens. They have dog runs in all four corners. You never know you are in an apartment until you walk outside, it is that quiet. We are new to the area and were going to rent an apartment until we could find a house. We have decided to stay in the apartment since we like it so well. You cannot go wrong with Lafayette Gardens.

|Recommended: YesIt is a very quiet neighborhood, well maintanance in gardens but has a big problem with the trush system, frequently it is full and it is located in a wrong area close to the main gate. — That it is nice place has good services and a very good administrative staff
There are some residents that not follow the rules particularly with their pets.
Finally it is a little expensive considering that right now there are a lot of alternatives in the city with similar services
